Managing Partner, Snell & Wilmer
Steffi is the managing partner of the Snell & Wilmer San Diego office. She is also a member of the Lawyers’ Club; the Association for Corporate Growth; and the San Diego North County Estate Planning Council. Steffi has previously served on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach, Orange County Head Start, and the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association.

National Head of Commercial and Industrial Banking, Western Alliance Bank
Julian is the National Head of Commercial and Industrial Banking at Western Alliance Bank. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards focused on sustainable economic growth, including CleanTECH San Diego, World Trade Center San Diego, and the San Diego Regional EDC. He has founded and led employee resource groups throughout his career including local chapters of Hispanic-Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement, Black Professional Group, and Lead for Women.
