Summary: Full Time, Exempt Monday-Friday and evenings, occasional weekend
Compensation: $75,000-90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
The Philanthropy Manager is a key member of the Development Team responsible for growing philanthropic support for JA San Diego through strategic donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising execution. This role manages a portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation donors ($650,000-$1,000,000) while identifying and engaging new funding partners aligned with JA’s mission.
With an established and growing donor portfolio, this role will focus on both stewarding existing relationships and building new pipelines of philanthropic investment across the region

Compensation: $30-33 per hour
The Program Manager leads the planning, development, execution, and strategic growth of Junior Achievement of San Diego County’s middle and high school programs.
This role is responsible for overseeing high-quality program delivery, managing day-to-day program operations, supporting volunteer and educator engagement, and ensuring strong outcomes for students across San Diego County. The Program Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to expand program reach, maintain program excellence, and ensure equitable access to Financial Fluency and career-connected learning opportunities.
