Why is Junior Achievement important to the San Diego Community? JA is important to San Diego and all communities as we raise our next generation to be global citizens. Financial Literacy and workforce readiness are two key elements to prepare the future leaders of our community to be business leaders.
What inspires me to work for JA? After spending 30 years in the corporate world and volunteering for JA I have finally found the opportunity to give back to something I believe in. The privilege of being a part of this organization and having an impact on the success of so many children, teens and families is both a responsibility and a chance to make a difference in shaping the lives of individuals as well as our community.
