Why is Junior Achievement important to the San Diego community?
Junior Achievement is important to the San Diego region because we provide hands-on, experiential programs facilitated by local volunteers. These volunteers deliver our curriculum in the areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy to over 50,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
What inspires you to work with Junior Achievement?
I am inspired by the students we reach and the staff that serve our San Diego community. At the end of each day, job fulfillment has to be about more than just a paycheck, but the fulfilling of a mission to make the community a better place.
